Faysal Bank has teamed up with Oladoc to offer people with disabilities free and discounted healthcare services when they open accounts. The move links financial inclusion with practical health support.

Healthcare Offers for PWDs

Inclusion through partnership

Faysal Bank signed the agreement at its Karachi head office. Senior leaders from both organisations attended the ceremony. The bank said the programme aims to simplify access to care for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).

What account holders receive

The benefits for eligible PWD account holders include:

  • Free video consultations with top doctors.
  • Discounts on surgeries and major procedures.
  • Lower rates for lab tests and diagnostics.
  • Reduced consultation fees and medicine delivery discounts.
  • Exclusive wellness and lifestyle consultations.

Voices from the launch

Farah Ali, Head of Retail Liability Products & Women Financial Inclusion at Faysal Bank, said the programme moves the bank “beyond banking.” She added the initiative will improve convenience and affordability for PWDs.

Abid Zuberi, CEO & Co-Founder of Oladoc, said the partnership supports Oladoc’s mission to expand access to healthcare. He said teaming with Faysal Bank will bring care to those who need it most.

Why this matters

The programme links financial services with health support. It reduces common barriers faced by PWDs. Simpler access to telemedicine and discounts can lower costs and increase care uptake.
